1. Create the author contacts
   
1. Receive author spreadsheet from Taryn similar to this: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1knbS8B928B0WwlX7G23ipTyzEQfpfeyShpXKhN_JCiw/edit?usp=sharing
   
2. Check the author's originating region to see if they are already loaded into the website.
   
1. If so, update photo and contact info if required, then distribute to all regions.
   
2. If not, create them in Oceania and distribute globally.
   
3. If photo is not at optimum ratio, update it here
2. Create Theme
   
1. Add a new child theme to Insights, nested under the Parent theme "Perspective". Theme should be descriptive, like: Perspective 2022 vol 1.
   
2. Ensure you select "Exclude this theme from FacetWP filters" and "Automatic hreflang tags".
3. Distribute globally.
   
3. Create articles
   
1. Ensure we have the publish order of the articles and then load them into Oceania in that order - this is important for the intro article. 
   
2. Ensure the Insight is set up as:
   
1. Global
   
2. Hide from the index loop - YES
   
3. Theme is set to the child theme
   
3. Create any tables in TablePress
   
4. Ensure titles are in sentence case with caps for proper nouns (like country names) and the first word of the sentence, and then the first word after a colon.
   
5. Create all banner images to specific size: 2886 × 1152 and name them as per the article. Images can be edited here
   
6. Ensure hreflang tags are set to "Automatic".
   
4. Distribute Articles
   
1. In the same date/publish order - distribute the articles globally.
   
2. Export from Oceania any TablePress tables and import into other regions.
   
3. Ensure all images are in place, ensure TablePress tables are displaying correctly.
   
5. Create Intro article
   
1. Clone previous Intro Article.
   
2. Update text, slug, imagery, subtitle as needed.
   
3. Ensure the chairperson image is correct, or update the file as needed.
   
4. Ensure the Author is set to the Chairperson and the contact is set to Cathy Sewell.
5. Update the query for the Post-X block to the latest/relevant child theme.
   
6. Publish the intro article. It will now be live.
7. Use "Mass edit" function to set the all the Perspective articles as children of the Intro.
   
8. Do this for each region.

PUBLISH



Post Publish

1. Set the latest Perspective as the first item on the home page banner and the Insights banner.
   
2. Ensure Hreflangs are showing the correct URL path including the addition of the parent path e.g.: /insight/perspective-2022-vol-2/article-title/
