Below is a short video on how to load a unique image for the archive page for a news article or insight.
The archive view is an aggregation of all the projects and news articles published by RLB. It allows visitors to the site to see a wide variety of content at a glance and encourages them to stay on the site and read further.
While 95% of the images loaded for the banner of the article are suitable for the archive page, with the smaller tile size however, some of the banner images do not display well on the archive page.
This article takes you through how to change the tile image of an article on the archive page to ensure it's represented accurately.
Changing the image
STEP 1: Ensure you are logged in to RLB.com site for your region | |
STEP 2: Navigate to the article you would like to change the image for | |
STEP 3: Click 'Edit Post' in the top menu bar | |
STEP 4: Scroll down to 'Archive Page Image' | |
STEP 5: Create or select an image | Image specifications: 568px (w) x 297px (h) |
STEP 6: Click 'Add Image', Upload or Select | |
STEP 7: Click Update and check on the archive page to ensure the image is formatting correctly. | |
